No, I’m afraid not. They are too thick for the holes of a peg board, even if you remove the rubber tip on each end.

The length is 31/2 inches, the diameter is 1/8 inch on the ones I purchased. They have plastic ends that can be removed.

They should not. If you coat in Vaseline they definitely will not.
