30 Minutes Timer
Long press the Power Button to set the timer for 30 minutes. The LED Indicator will blink yellow when the timer is duly enabled. Long press the Power Button to cancel the timer.

Best Using Distance
Place 5.5 inches - 20 inches away from your eyes and find a comfortable angle (make sure the light is facing your eyes, but avoid looking directly into the light).We recommend starting with 10 minutes, and then gradually increasing your usage to 30 minutes to 1 hour daily until you find a time that is most effective for you.
